Artist's Comments

I was driving through Lancaster, PA last weekend and saw many Amish people dressed in black riding their bicycles. I took photos of them out the window of the car, as it would have been extremely rude to stop and ogle them. Anyway, I like how their dress makes it feel like this photo is from a long time ago. I wish I had my film camera with me, because the feeling would have been even stronger.
