eyes seem a bit blurry, did you focus on the hat? or is it just the camera? even if in a hurry, you should try to focus on at least the nose. but if this pose was a spur of the 1-second moment, then i guess the picture is awesome as it is.

critique put aside: great picture, great smile. great spontaneity.
