In the environment in which I work and spend five days a week, it’s very hard to keep one’s head above the corporate waters. In this deadline- and money-driven atmosphere, it is difficult to keep track of the elements that are most important—those elements that inspire me to be passionate, to make art, to interact with people from all walks of life, to stay sane, to laugh heartily, to push through difficult times, and to be a good person. These are the elements that make life worth living. I write this article in the spirit of BrunoPantone’s “A World of Colours and Shapes” (news.deviantart.com/article/31…), which inspired me greatly and made me want to share the photos that evoke a great deal of emotion in me and that contain the elements that inspire to keep on keepin’ on. I hope you enjoy this tribute to the artists that have their heads on their shoulders and know what is really important in life. Thank you for being constant inspirations.

new blog / question for you
Hey all! Hope you've been well. Posted a new blog of some new shots with my 50mm f/1.4 lens, which I adore. Can't wait to upgrade to a 5D (or Mark II if I can gather the money!) so that I can have a full-frame digital.
Is anyone well versed in CSS? I need a new flexible-width theme for my blog, and I'd like to move my blog to my own domain. One problem: I am absolutely clueless on how to go about doing this. If anyone would be willing to help me, I will pay you! Note me if you are interested. Thanks, and hope you're all doing well!
been a while!
Hey, everyone! I know, it's been almost forever since you've seen me around these parts. I've been very busy lately. Since you last saw me, I took a trip to Alaska, had my first photo exhibit (with another to come in December), broke a lens, got a new lens (50mm f/1.4), moved into a new (and improved!) apartment, and turned 26, among other things. Life has been good! I hope you all can say the same. I apologize in advance for deleting the 2,000 deviations that have accumulated. I'm hoping to start fresh and be a little more present on here. I've been shooting a ton, but haven't been posting as much. Hopefully I'll get my shit together in the
new web site up and running!
After months of frustration and fights with the computer, I finally finished my Web site! I'm very relieved, and now I can get some business cards that will be useful. :) Hope you're all doing well... I have jury duty tomorrow, but I'm exhilarated enough about the Web site that I don't even care! Hope you all have great weekends.

new blog, happy pentacon, new features
Hi! So it seems that the cold weather was the driving force in causing my Pentacon to overlap frames. I shot it in the warm weather the other day (the only day that was warm in the past few months), developed the roll, and got it back with no overlaps. All of the frames were perfectly spaced apart. Now I just have to test the shutter speeds, because they seem a little slow.
I posted a new blog, if anyone's interested. Here are more features. Hope you're all well.
